1 oz Maple Leaf gold coin

Struck by the Royal Canadian Mint since 1979, this bullion coin features the emblematic Canadian maple leaf on the obverse and a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II on the reverse. The 1 oz gold Maple Leaf is actually slightly smaller in diameter than other bullion coins.

Although the face value of these coins is given in Canadian dollars, its gold value is – like that of all bullion coins – much higher.
