This is how the precious metals get to you safely
1. You put together your shopping cart
You choose from the extensive range in our online shop. For all items marked as available, we assure you that we can deliver immediately. Please note that the prices of our items can vary during the day. Your  shopping cart is therefore valid for 15 minutes.

Of course, your shopping cart will continue to exist even after the 15-minute fixed price period has expired - but you must agree to any price changes.

2. You go to the checkout

When you have put together the shopping cart according to your wishes, you can proceed to the checkout. We recommend that you register as a customer with us, as this allows us to offer you the best possible service. You can also shop with us as a "guest". 

In order to process your order, we need your full details of billing information, shipping information, shipping method and payment information. We only accept advance transfer to our account as a method of payment. 

Please note our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) and confirm this by activating the appropriate checkbox. 
You will then receive an overview of your order. As soon as you confirm this, your order becomes effective and you will immediately receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail. 
Since precious metals are subject to fluctuating market prices until the goods have been paid for, cancellation of the order is excluded. The prices shown in the shopping cart and the order confirmation apply.

3. You pay in advance

We expect your payment to be credited to our account within 3 working days. So that we can guarantee smooth processing, we ask you to adhere to this time frame.
Of course, you are still bound to your binding order even after this payment term has expired.

After receipt of payment you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

4. You will receive your order by value courier

As soon as your payment has been credited to our account and we have received the money laundering documents, if necessary, we will hand over your order to the parcel post.

If you would like delivery to a company address, delivery will generally be made to your company's usual post office. Our delivery obligation is thus deemed to have been fulfilled.

The shipping costs are CHF 25.00 up to a goods value of CHF 25,000.00 - beyond that you pay CHF 50.00.

Your precious metal is 100% insured by us and will be delivered by a renowned Swiss transport company.

Important: Your data is safe with us

The following applies to the entire ordering and delivery process: the protection of your data is particularly important to us. That is why we only ask for information that is necessary for processing. Under no circumstances will your data be passed on to third parties who are not involved in the ordering and delivery process. In addition, your data will be transmitted to us in encrypted form.
